People who are overweight tend to have a zinc deficiency which is related to the body mass index. If you are overweight and you find your hair is falling out too much, try increasing your intake of zinc.

The other benefit of the comb is its use as a hair groomer. One of the most important tools in hair grooming is a wide tooth comb; it is also one of the most underutilized. A wide tooth comb will help you distribute the conditioner evenly over your hair even during shampooing and conditioning.

A sufficient intake of raw vegetables, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads can prove helpful in growth of hairs. You should also include fish and eggs in your daily diet chart. This is also good for the prevention of hair fall.

Also, sudden and excessive weight loss can also hamper the quality of your hair and cause hair fall. It all boils down to the kind of lifestyle you lead. Remember not to skip meals and pay extra attention to your food intake. If need be, you can also take vitamin supplements to enrich your diet. Vitamin A, C and E are particularly beneficial for the hair.
